In offering quality service, you may wonder: how do we make your property truly SHINE?

First, we use the right soap. In addition to typical dirt and debris, our specialty soaps can tackle any organic growth algae, mold, and lichen, as well as tough stains, including rust and oil.

We also use the right paint. Many variables can come into play when selecting a paint type, like surface type and previous paint applications. We are well-experienced in using the right paint for the job to ensure a lasting finish.

We use the right equipment. In 2020, we expanded our fleet and are fully loaded with state-of-the-art equipment to get the job done correctly and efficiently. We are able to maintain our top-quality service and minimize our impact on the customer with increased production rates.

Most importantly, we have the right team to get the job done. Our crew is OSHA certified and receives dedicated training both on and off location to ensure the job is done correctly and safely.

In community settings, we understand that collaboration and communication.

In most cases, we’re able to offer same-day estimates to expedite scheduling the service and meet your needs. With the amount of service orders that you handle, the quicker they can be marked completed, the better.

We also offer priority scheduling. It’s not only important to have a quick turnaround with an estimate for service, but completing the service needs to be handled promptly as well. We schedule our standard residential jobs around the needs of property managers, doing our best to complete the service as soon as possible. We handle scheduling services directly with tenants or homeowners to ensure a smooth service upon our arrival.

Lastly, we will handle community service notifications in multi-unit settings. We will hand deliver and post service notices with our service day and timeframe, as well as instructions to ensure the protection of their personal property and the property being serviced.

We love to offer value to our property managers.

We offer multi-service discounts. If you need more than just a standard house wash, we offer discounts for adding on a concrete cleaning or a deck or fence wash. For painting, we offer more value on full exterior or interiors compared to smaller, one-off jobs.

We offer multi-home bulk service discounts. Nobody likes HOA Violations. Tenants don’t want to receive them, and property managers don’t want to twist someone’s arm to maintain their property. We want to help you incentivize homeowners to maintain their properties proactively. Prior to a violation, we can offer discounts on services to meet your needs by scheduling several homes in the neighborhood in a day. It’s a win-win for everyone; we’re able to cut down travel time between jobs, the homeowner saves money, and most importantly, property managers save time and effort with up-to-standard homes.

We offer periodic maintenance. Rather than going through the RFP cycle every time you need service, set your power washing and painting needs on autopilot with periodic maintenance plans.

Finally, complimentary RFR consultations are available. We know in managing communities, big projects require a lot of preparation and planning. We’re more than happy to provide insight on a large-scale project, including timelines, cost phasing, priority planning if you have multiple jobs on the docket, and even directly interacting with community board members.
